Mandy honed her craft as a traveling stylist between 2010-2016 working in TX, the East Coast, and Europe. She earned her Senior Cosmetology license, Educators license, and is bilingual English/German. Mandy's passion for sustainability grew while working overseas, and eventually led her to open Neon Moon in Frederick MD, a private boutique salon space embracing clean color and certified B-Corp products. It was a hit. In 2022, she packed up everything and headed back to Austin, seeking sunshine and hangouts with her old pals. Mandy prioritizes “lived-in" cutting and color techniques that reflect her "low maintenance - high value" approach to life. In her free time, she enjoys CrossFit, animal rescue, and exploring the weird world of D&D.
